3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Poured out like motor oil, thing foam clinging to edge of glass but otherwise no head. Aroma is charred malt with citrus hops noticeable on a rich malty backbone. Lacked the rich creamy character I’ve enjoyed in some other "milk" stouts. Flavor is nice, hops evident, sweet chocolate malt predominates with a deeply toasted finish. Full bodied, almost oily with a nice lingering dry bitterness.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very generous bonused bottle in trade with pnista. Thanks Phil!
Pours a dark black color with a short lived tan head. Smell is coffee and roasty malt with a very light milkiness. Taste is roasty malt and coffee and is lightly creamy, and subtley fruity. I thought the mouthfeel was a bit thin actually, but otherwise it’s a decent sweet stout, but not FFF’s best beer.

Great pour. Lots of chocolate in the nose. I get the milk stout very strongly. Sweet lingering chocolate milk. Almost a cream taste. Very nice beer. Really good after dinner, it’s cold out, we’re hanging out

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark, sweet, hot and then clean. Leaves your palate as if there was nothing there. Aroma is nice roastiness. First flavor is kind of sour, but quickly changes to smoky sweet. Strange strange beer. definitely has a chocolate liquer flavor to it.
