Poured from a 2013 ( about 1 year old) bomber into Three Floyd glass. Aroma is sweet dark chocolate. Appearance is a dark brown almost black allowing virtually no light to pass. Pours a nice frothy 2 finger tan head that dissipates slowly. Taste is an incredible semi sweet dark chocolate with a slight smoke finish. Palate is almost milkshake like going down very smooth. A definite recommend for everyone tp try.

Milk Milk Milk. Specifically, Milk, chocolate, caramel. My notes says I was eating with some Buffalo wings. Makes sense. Have not had many milk stouts/sweet stouts, so I don;t have much to compare to.

Bottle from a trade poured into a Belgian snifter. Pours black with some brown hues with half a finger of tan head. Aromas of roast, chocolate, lactose, toastiness, caramel, biscuit. Tasting notes of dark and milk chocolates, light roast, caramel, lactose, light toastiness, nutty. Medium body with a semi-dry finish, creamy mouthfeel. One of the better milk stouts that Iíve had so far. Pairs nicely with some 5 year gouda.

Pour is dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is of roast, chocolate, smoke, and light coffee. Flavor is of cappuccino, cocoa, vanilla, and roast. Soft carbonation with a sweet finish. Alcohol is hidden very well.

22oz bomber poured into a stemmed snifter. A combination of vanilla extract, milk chocolate, and cookie dough bring to mind chocolate chip cookies on the nose. A deeper smell brings forth a the lactose sugar, a little bit of nuttiness (pecans?), and some berry scents (blackberry and raspberry come to mind). Thereís also some distinct molasses or brown sugar aromas that stand aside from the cookie combination previously noted. It has a soapy / watery-jello tan head which recedes down after not too long leaving a couple of puffs atop a deep, dark, opaque brown. It doesnít really leave any lacing to speak of. Sweet malt is the primary taste - both roasted and creamy malts - but itís mellow and pleasant. Initially, when itís still a bit cool, roasted nut and woody notes hit the tongue first, but as it warms up, those flavors fade and itís replaced with a smooth, creamy caramel and milk chocolate (kinda like a Rolo), and finishes with a pinch of cinnamon spice, maybe some molasses, and some brown sugar. The aftertaste left behind is primarily a milk chocolate mouth coat with some roasted pecan hints which sticks around for awhile.

Delicious. Pours black with a nice head. Slightly sweet chocolate, but not overpowering. Medium body. Roasty and smooth. Easy to drink.
