This is a deliciously sweet milk stout. Lots of both milk and dark Chocolate malt flavors in here, some hints of coffee, and what I perceive to be oatmeal malts, along with a very slight hint of anise. Delicious! Very good Milk stout (oatmeal stout).

A - Pours black with tan head that dissipates quickly. Significant lacing. With only 2oz in glass can see though slightly.
S - Sweet on nose with a chocolate overtone
T - Taste of sweet chocolate, carmel, and a hint of vanilla. Not boozy at all. Delicious!
M - Creamy, smooth, medium bodied good carbonation
O - Great Milk/Sweet Stout!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours dark brown to black with a small cappucino colored head. Smells like chocolate milk with a bit of roast. Slightly prickly carbonation with a smooth finish. Creamy milk chocolate, a bit of coffee, roasted grain with a slight bite. Very nice and not too sweet. Light bodied for the style and pretty easy drinking stout, though the carbonation almost makes it feel like a soda.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber purchased at Bourbon & Canal in Terre Haute, Indiana while on a business trip ($7.29). Pours into small hotel glass a pitch black color with a half finger of beige head. Aroma is weak but has notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and some campfire. Flavor of creamy milky chocolate, smoky wood, sweet dark bready malts, with some creamy cafe au lait. Nice level of sweetness here. Finishes with a bit of coffee roasty-bitterness. The moderate ABV is 100% hidden here. Not one of my favorite styles, but FFF does a good job here. (502, 755)

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour from a 22oz bottle. Deep inky black brew with two fingers of head that settles down to a thin froth. Aroma of mild coffee and a little dark chocolate. Taste is sweet malts, roasted coffee, dark chocolate, more sweet. Burnt malts add bitterness in the finish. Sweetness persists throughout. Full bodied palate, very good.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle:   Black, large frothy deep beige head, nice lacing.   Soft roast, sweet, otherwise chocolate with a hint of coffee, cream, and sugar.   The coffee is faint, more like a mocha perhaps.   Very smooth on the tongue, dark chocolate, slightly bitter yet with that heavily sweetened coffee/mocha aspect.   Its like the bitterness is from the roasted malts, certainly not hops.   Body and mouthfeel are fairly full.   Not heavy, but very smooth.   Finishes with lingering roastiness on top of one of the froofy coffee like drinks.   Very enjoyable!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
pours black with a nice tan head. Smells of roasted malt and chocolate. Tastes of light coffee, roasted malt and bakers chocolate. Kind of like a mocha. Delicious. Thereís actually a good amount of carbonation in this, itís a bit tingly, which is a bit odd combined with the flavor. Itís still a great beer. 8% is pretty high abv for a milk stout, but you donít taste the alcohol at all. Great beer.
