COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Bavarian-style Oktoberfest bier brewed with the finest Bavarian malted barley, aromatic German noble hops and traditional yeast brewed in strict accordance with the German bier purity law of 1516, the Reinheitsgebot. This rich malty lager is one of the few that remain true to the tradition of fest beers originally brewed to honor the marriage of Prince Ludwig in 1810. We hope you enjoy this fall offering. Es is nicht normal. Prosit."

Pours a cloudy amber-orange with a 1 finger, creamy off white head. Aroma is toasty, nutty, cereal and sweet malts, lactose, light floral and spicy hops, bready yeast. Flavor is sweet cereal, toast, powdered milk, floury bread, grass, floral and spicy hops. Light body with a full creamy feel and nice, blanketing, light carbonation. Good, not great, I am really curious what malts were used since it really smells and tastes like there is some sort of milk product in this to me right now. Maybe the day spent raking/burning leaves threw my senses off...

Look: pours a light copper. Very hazy. Slightly off white head. Thick lacing. Smell: biscuits and bread. Sourdough. Sweet caramel. Malt heavy. Taste: very sweet caramel. Bready flavor. Malt heavy. Feel: medium high carbonation. Leaves no film on the mouth. Overall: good beer. Like the sweetness and the mouth feel. First drank: home 11/10/14

Pours a clear dark amber with a white head that sticks to the glass. Aroma of lemons and malt. Taste of a lager, nothing really special. Overall not a beer I will get again but had to try because it was a FFF’s.

Bottle. Pour is darker orange with a medium off-white head. Aroma and flavor of slight pine resin, all-spice, sweet grain, wood, and biscuit. Finish has some apple, oak, and earth qualities.

Tap at tipsy cow. Amber colored. Faint aroma of malt and bread. This is a really toasted tasting Oktoberfest. Lots of bread, toast, and faint earthy hops. Good body, smooth, and drinkable. A very good fall beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft into taster - nose is nutmeg or some other fall spice. Sip is malty. Sweet but too sweet. Nope.

22oz bomber poured into a shaker. A slight burnt aroma comes through initially, then settles into a bread crust and bread toast smell with marmalade, a light caramel, and oranges. It pours a clear, rich, caramel color with a foamy, rocky, yet soft, off-white head. A thick, soft ring is retained with a nearly full, kinda thick, soft, pillow surface. A snow drift-like lace with a random messy lacing. The taste is mellow and smooth, medium sweet and medium light bitter. The medium light body beer has an oily and slick texture with a light, sudsy, and creamy carbonation. Flavors of peanuts, bread toast, orange marmalade come through. It finishes with a clean, light spiciness and this combines with a mellow toffee in the aftertaste that’s slightly astringent and mostly clean.

Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly cloudy, dark orange with minimal head. Aroma of grains, caramel malt and a hint of something slightly fruity. Taste is light bitter and very light sweet, follows aroma. Not bad, probably one of the better beers I’ve had from this style.

Pours a very nice clear amber color with off-white head. Caramel malts, sweetness, and some wheat on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with more malty goodness.
