Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 4, 2005 A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of alcohol, but also light notes of peach. The flavor is hoppy, leading to a dry bitter end. omhper (10393), Stockholm, Sweden Nov 24, 2002 Bottled. Reddish brown with not much head. Flowery, grapefruity hpo aroma. Clean maltiness, crystal malt profile. Balanced hop bitterness. The hop flavour is nice, but it’s lacking in depth. This is nowhere near a soft, murky maltiness expected in a mild, but is more of a lighter version of American pale ale. Papsoe (9980), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 20, 2005 (Bottle 35, 5 cl) Clear, pale amber with a small, white head. Vague, hoppy aroma. Rather light-bodied with weak notes of malt. 031205 Oakes (6819), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Sep 2, 2001 Preface: the rep told me it wasn’t quite up to snuff so take this with a grain of salt. Floral, hoppy nose; a fairly bitter body, crisp with only a touch of malt. I’d call this an Ordinary, not a Mild, as there really isn’t a lot of malt to it. joergen (6240), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 4, 2005 Bottled.
Clear golden coloured with a medium sized off white head.
Aroma of pine needles, grape fruit and hops.
