Nothing mild about it. There are city’s notes and it is more hoppy than I expected. Good overall.

Light peachy/amber, small frothy head, some lacing. Some citrus, rye, hoppy. Tastes like a moderated Alpha King. Very pleasant, good session beer.

This is a relatively overlooked offering from FFF. Compared to the true English ’Mild’ this is much hopper and full flavored. In real terms, this is always a solid standby. Wet and grassy with citrus notes and a pleasing bitterness. Many compare this to Alpha King, as a toned down version. Whilst there are some similarities this beer holds up on its’ own.

DuffMan (6741) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 1, 2014
Bottle, shared with Parksy. Brown with orange highlights. Dank hops and sweet caramel, assertive bitterness. A hoppy amber, but mild? No way, not at 5% ABV. But it is a tasty hoppy amber nonetheless.

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Copenhagen. Bottled 12/04/13.
Aroma has strong apricot tones, some hops and pineapple juice. Flavour has strong hoppy notes, peaches and pineapple juice. Not sure what the ’mild’ is here. Just another pale ale.
