Pours a hazy golden color with an off white head. Smell is spicy, earthy, yeast and mild malt. Taste is earthy, slightly malty with spice in particular coriander. Carbonation is a bit high while the body is light/medium. The taste seems a bit artificial.

22 ounce bottle divided by four. It’s definitely a non-traditional saison. I liked it, especially the unusual inclusion of camomile, which comes off as a spicy, peppery lavender. There’s a boozy, sweet bite to it that may have something to do with the rock candy. The appearance is appealing: bright, opaque, marigold orange and a dense white foam that sticks around at the surface. The aroma was dank, sweet, and floral. Palate was medium bodied and chewy. It’s not as crisp, light, and down-the-hatchable as most saisons. I’d like to try this one out of the tap. It’s not a good one for the saison purists out there, though.

Bottle pour clear dark yellow. Nose spice, clove, Belgian candy. Taste apple, orange, floral, rose hips. Some sweet malt, then spicy bitter finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden pour with white fluffy head. Light spiced saison with no brett to speak of. Light spice and citrus tones in flavor, finishes clean with the same flavors.

Pours an orange hazy golden color. Nose is floral and spicy.Taste is spicy with cloves. cardamon and coriander and some upfront yeast. Finish is spicy as well and lingers with a myriad of spices. Quaff Score 7 / 10

On tap at Hopleaf in Chicago. Hazy orange, minimal head. Mild peppery and sweet fruit aroma. Very active carbonation; light, crisp palette. Mild hopppy/herbal finish. Lingering carbonation and alcohol warmth aftertaste.

22oz bottle. hazy dark gold with a small white head. vanilla, white cake, marshmallow aroma. strong, warming, peppery spice notes in flavor over top of sweet, cakey vanilla flavored malt bill. lots of orange peel and coriander.

Bottle. Hazy gold pour, white head, some retention/lace. Aroma of pear, fruity ester, citrus, apple, spice. Taste is sweet, apple sauce, pear, fruity ester, corriander, citrus. Palate is soft, creamy, sweet finish. Too sweet.
