Tulip at FFF. Filtered orange-tan body. Lacy white head. Interesting lemongrass, mild hop aroma. Fruity and very easy on the palate, really letting the mellow tropical hops and lemongrass shine. Watery cask carbonation. Quite unique. Doughy cream with a nice herbal lemon-lime balance.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2013 Thought I rated this before, had this at the brewpub over the summer. Went with a light offering for my 3rd beer since I was driving, and this was the only thing on their menu I was yet to try. Pour is a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of lemongrass and ginger. Taste is the same. Very light, not all that impressed with this one, but then again definitely not my style.

Tap at 3 Floyd’s brewpub, served in a tulip. Very clear honey -colored pour with a white head. Bready and European style hop aroma. Taste is very citrusy mixed in with mildly fruity yeast and biscuit malt flavors. Dries the mouth. Very flavorful given the low ABV.

Tap at the brewpub served in a tulip. Marigold color pour with a quickly fading white head. Ok lacing. Skills like wheat with bubblegum. The flavor is Belgian yeast up front with a large lemon juice burst mix palate and a clean, dry finish. Essence if lemongrass and pink peppercorn are also present. Unusual but good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This poured a cloudy bright yellow with a white head. Aroma was of yeast, light lemon and citrus fruit, and lemongrass too. Flavor was light vanilla, pineapple, spicey yeast, and lemon peel. Really nice belgian single.

Draft at FFF. Pours a coppery orange with off white head. The nose is light ginger, candied orange and mostly clean yeast. Faint vanilla? Some fruity hops come out. On tasting, bready with a firm bitterness. The spicing is well faded/integrated here. Pretty clean overall. Decent.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a crystal clear, lighter golden colored body with a finger-width, creamy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is nice with a dry grass, citruses, pale bready malt, lemon-grass, florals, touches of ginger, and a nice Belgian yeast with a few spice notes. Flavor is similar. Ginger and lemon-grass up front with a bready pale malt backing, a nice Belgian yeast, florals, light spices, a few tropical fruits, and some citruses. Finishes clean, lightly bitter and dry with some Belgian yeast, citruses, and a pale breadiness before leaving a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Light body and a soft, moderately lively carbonation. Overall, a nice beer for such a low ABV%. Clean, balanced, and tasty. I like the light ginger and lemongrass. Good one.

Spicy Belgian yeast, some herbal hops, and a little bit of gauze and funk - perhaps even a hint of diaper. The ginger addition is fairly prominent while the lemongrass is a bit more understated.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazed pale gold with a small white head. Delicate aroma of lemongrass and ginger, mild crackery pale malts. Flavor has a strong presence between the ginger and lemon grass, backed by biscuit and cracker malt. Light bodied, finishes with just a touch of bitterness in the back of the throat.
