3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle shared by mtjoseph. Slightly hazy orange color with a small white head. Definitely an american pale ale from the aroma. Light orange, apricot, rye, some bread character. Nice. Taste is definitely more rye forward. Seems like a different beer than what I was thinking it would be from the lighter aroma. Rye, orange, grapefruit, caramel, and more orange in the finish. Doesn’t drink like it is 6.7% alcohol, and is still more medium bodied that some APAs. I like it, but it is definitely not in my favorite for the style.

Bottle shared with mtjoseph, pours copper/orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of rye, citrus, and caramel malt. Taste is very clean big tangerine and blood fruit, with piney hops, and finishing with nice rye and bread notes. Nice!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at dark lord day 2012. also had multiple time out of the bottle...Grassy aromatic tea herbal and tropical fruits.... Same with the flavor. Medium bodied overall with adequate carbonation . Light biscuity malt to pair alongside the aforementioned juicy hop. Solid profile from both a nose and flavor perspective. Easily drinkable.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured clear copper color with an average to large frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus hop and rye aroma. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Solid brew.

Bottle shared by motortoddhead. Hazy amber-gold in color. Citra-like hop presence in the nose with mango and rustic pine and faint caramel rye. Flavor is smooth blanket of apricot, mango, pine with a mild malted rye spice and biscuit backbone and a lightly dry bitter finish.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle @ Dan’s house. A bit hazy, reddish orange appearance with a cream colored head. Somewhat herbal, mildly spicy rye, fairly floral, light caramel, fairly spicy aroma. Quite resiny, thick hoppy, rich toasty, spicy rye malty flavor. The rye is very spicy and quite nice. Wow, I thought I waited too long on this but I’m loving this right now.
