COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With the same grim determination and American innovation that President Jack Kennedy showed when propelling us to victory in the space race, we at Three Floyds bring you Space Station Middle Finger. Both bright and citrusy this pale ale deserves to be in orbit.

Tasty little beverage from those A-holes from Three Floyd’s. Effervescent pi aight aroma, a very fresh tasting APA, crisp and smooth. Not Zombie Dust, but this will do.

Slightly hazy copper with a big, beige head. The aroma has a lot of grapefruit zest, some pineapple, and a light resinous pine character. The flavor is similar, but light, and thin in the malt department. Not much bitterness to speak of, in fact this actually finishes quite sweet. Easy drinker though and a total rip off when you consider that fact that I could’ve gotten a six pack of a better beer for the price of a bomber.

I’m a big 3 Floyds fan, but this beer was a letdown. Great aroma and appearance, but lacked body and character. Flavor was watered-down and not what I expected in a pale ale. I’ll stick to their other flagships.

Shared bomber with SHERM1016. Pours a foggy golden; thin head. Nose is mild / grapefruit with a bit of resin / spruce. Quite mild. Sweeter malt offsets the hops.....very tasty.

Pint draft. 3F’s is a hop beast out of the Midwest. This one definitely drinks like an IPA. Aromas of peach, huge pineapple, slight spruce. Flavors of sweet hops on the tongue, toffee notes, tangy spruce. Mid hops on the tongue finished with a mid level bitterness.

Draft at Jerry’s. Copper-gold with foamy, frothy, white head, fine lacing / Elegant, subdued nose of weed, resin, spun sugar, citrus / Medium body, some sweetness and stickiness, excellent hop balance with some bite / Flavors of spun sugar, resin, pine, grapefruit / Really nice in an understated, balanced, way.

Bottle pour. Juicy, orange and pine. Hemp. Fragrant. Taste is hop candies, grapefruit. Never all that bitter. Slight sweetness on finish. Tasty.

22 oz bottle from Dutch’s. Pours a clear golden/light amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet fruity hops, toasted bread, tropical fruits, mango, light citrus, mild bitterness that shows up late, easy drinking APA.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06 pour dark copper gold with thin white head. Nose citrus and mango hop with some grainy malt. Deeper into the nose a bit of floral. Taste similar to nose with juicier, sweeter flavors and hops. Early mid palate sweet malt then lighter grain. Pleasing bitter finish. I like the mix of sweeter with the hops.

Pours lightly hazy copper with a slightly off-white head. The aroma is a nice mix of tropical, citrus and floral hops. There is some dankness and some toasted caramel malt there as well. It has a medium body with some modest carbonation. The flavor begins with a nice balance of cracker malt, piny / citrus hops, light tropical hops, but much more of west coast citrus / pine. The finish is heavy on the grapefruit and still nicely balanced. Great APA.
