3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle thanks to Paul at a tasting at Paulís. Pours a somewhat hazed ruby amber with a thin white head. Big sweet citrus on the nose with a bit of spicy alcohol behind it. Medium bodied, sweet and malty until a big sweet citrus wave washes over everything before turning into dank malty earth. Long earthy citrus and dusty hops on the sweet citrus finish, long lingering grapefruit. Delicious.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cool looking bottle at Paulís. Medium amber pour. Aroma has a rich malty backbone complemented by flowers, lemon, and spruce. Tastes of pine needles immediately. Notes of banana and lemon rind. Mouthfeel is prickly as hell with a soft lingering hops presence. Slightly acidic lemon qualities too. Peace to Richís family.

22 oz bottle shared by Jeremy. Pours a bright amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma has citrus and tropical fruits, some herbal notes and a splash of caramel. The flavor has toasted bread with some caramel along with some nice citrus and tropical fruit notes. I donít get much Belgian character to this. Overall, not too bad.

Bang on DIPA. Yeast flavour exceeds the malt backing, well balanced. Intensive IBU and hop flavour. Great drinkability for a DIPA. Better than average. Big retained head. Above average mouthfeel.Bottle from FlandersNEd.
