Imperial Brett IPA fermented with the unique strain of yeast Brettanomyces Lambicus. This yeast creates earthy barnyard notes along with pineapple-cherry pie aromas and flavors. Of course with the "IPA" style it’s hopped heavily. Simcoe and Chinook are the culprits for the "Cat peed on the Christmas tree" aroma.

Bottle. Beautiful wax job going on. Pours a hazy orange beer with a medium sized white head on top. Aroma has subtle touches of oak, apple, light Brett. Hops are faded out in the background unfortunately. Flavor is great mix between the two styles. Easy, light bitter flavors mixed with a subtle acidic touch. Even some sweet malt going on in the body. Aftertaste is nice and bitter, grassy and pine. Impressive and interesting, however, I’d expected more from these two great breweries.

I guess Brett makes everything better? or does it? Bottle shared by Cliff (thanks man) nice orangey color, with 1 finger head, nose is plenty of pine and bitterness, then taste is bitter, sour, bitter in that order... which is unique but i dont think the sum is greater than the parts.

Bottle in Amsterdam with a few brahs, thanks Kermis. poured hazy golden color with white head, pretty good size. Aromas and flavor are brett, peach, mango, dusty wood, passionfruit and some other tropical hop notes. Medium to fuller body. Havent liked what these guys are putting out lately especially the staples but this was delicious and relatively complex.

Some light biscuity malt and wood coming out in the palette. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Better than I expected, a really nice brett profile.
