22oz bottle shared by Brad, thanks! Pours a clear light yellowish orange with a thick head, the aroma has a good amount of spice in the nose with some barrel notes, the flavor has a good amount of sweetness on the front end with a fruity and yeasty like finish, pretty interesting stuff.

22 oz. bottle shared by phaleslu. Pours a slightly hazy caramel/amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma had caramel, green apple, oak with some additional fruits, light spices and yeast. The flavor focuses heavily on the caramel, apples, and oak. Light tart character and somewhat acidic. This was a strange beer to say the least.

Holy crap. This is huge. Carmel thick malts. So big. Not even sure how to rate this. Good and bad? Wow. Love three Floyd's for doing what they do

22oz bottle courtesy of Brad. Orange-amber. Oily off-white head. Oaky sweet, overly sweet. Cherry wood sweetness. Oak dominated, A touch brutal for me, but maybe its just after the other beers. Not sure what this one wanted to be.

Pours amber/rose with a large and fine head. Nose bursts with sweet red apples, pear, a nice Belgian yeast. Rings of De Dolle on the nose. Mouth is odd, fairly dry but with a heavy clash between the yeast, ripe fruit, and a somewhat acidic element. Not really working together. Interesting but all over the place, the nose was really interesting though, and quite unlike other 3 Floyds I’ve had.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session 1. Pours clear, honey-gold with a fine, creamy head. Ripe apples in the nose, some caramel. Medium to big sweet flavor, light dryness, more apples, some bready malts. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming finish with still more apples and bready malts. Pretty ho-hum stuff overall.

22oz bottle in a tulip. Pours deep brown with a lacy, beige head. Aroma of oak and light vanilla, some spicy yeast, a good caramel and toasty maltiness, and some floral hops. Flavor the same with a nice blend of everything. Average texture. Not the best beer from this brewery, but still good and interesting.
