Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen
Black color; generous creamy head, persistent, leaving a nice lace behind. The aroma is mild, with light roasted malt, coffee, cardboard, bread. Good body structure, round mouthfeel; flavor of roasted malts, light liquorice, light burnt malts; luckily it’s also quite sweet, to make it more pleasant. The final features basically some roasted malt, dark chocolate, still with some sweetness. Correct bitterness. Pleasant, without any surprise.
