What can I say that I haven't already said about every 3F DIPA. Very rich and hazy golden/copper with a thin ring of head and no lacing. Nose is all citrus. Pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, and a bit of caramel malt. A decent hop presence. Mouth is very bitter and citrusy up front. The grapefruit is very much there, but there is almost no presence of any sweetness. Leaves a slightly resinous and bitter finish that lingers.

Tap, 3 Floyd’s Brewery. Very hazy yellow gold. Intense aroma of pine resin and sweet honey. Massive hops, sweet with more resin. Long finish.

Bottle 660ml. Pours hazy golden with low white head. Good lacing. Aroma is of citrus, flowers, oranges. Taste is of citrus, flowers, alcohol. Palate: Medium body. Light carbonation. Overall: Quite good, but quite unfortunately seems a couple weeks over the hill.

How: Bottle (22 oz) at tasting. Shared by JulienHuxley, thanks!

>>> A good DIPA that is not too sweet but a bit too boozy to be easily drinkable/enjoyable.

+ The malt base isn’t taking too much place and I think a little more hops (or maybe it’s just freshness) could do wonders
+ The tropical fruits and citrusy hops are well supported by a lean caramel presence and a mild spiciness
While I like the fact that the malt base isn’t taking too much place, I think that it might not be strong enough to support the alcohol and therefore feels too boozy for my liking
The beer is nicely hopped, but definitely not on a similar level than FFF hoppy beers that "wowed" me in the past like Zombie Dust and Dreadnaught
No idea about when this was bottled, so freshness might be an issue here

Flavors: Tropical fruits, caramel, citrus, mild spiciness

Bottle shared by JulienHuxley, thanks dude! It pours a hazy golden with a small white head that leaves some lacing. Nose is of fruits, pine and some sweetish cereals. Taste is if oranges, pine, weed and moderately bitter. Some alcohol but nothing bad for an IIPA. Moderate body and carbonation. Pretty good, fairly easy to drink for a IIPA.

Rated on 7-5-2015 at Three Floyds. This draft beer is presented with a small off-white head with a short retention, transparent golden body, no visible carbonation, and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is citrus, pine hops, grassy, grapefruit, tropical fruit, and some caramel. The flavor is moderately bitter, citrus, pine hops, tropical fruit, and grapefruit. The mouthfeel is moderate carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. This is a quaffable beer that is worth trying.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of finely sized mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a uncarbonated orange colored body. The aroma was very mild and undiscernable. The palate was crisp and tingly throughout the citrus finish. The flavor was dominated by citra hops. A very good brew.

pours hazy/cloudy golden with a small off-white cap, some retention and lacing. valencia oranges, spicy mint citrus, essential oils, celery salt, pale lean maltiness - surprisingly not that heavy; pepper. light carbonation, light to medium body; smooth spicy-citrusy finish. obviously not that fresh but very good!
