22oz bottle poured into nonic. Hazy golden-orange with floaties and a stiff finger plus of white head that lasts nearly the entire drink. Some streaky lacing. Aroma is citrus hop, grapefruit, bready malt, maybe a hint of caramel. Taste is medium bitterness with citrus and floral notes, spicy rye (some say onion; I don’t get that), and light sweetness from that bready/caramel character. Medium bodied, slick, resinous texture, moderate to soft carbonation, bitter drying finish.

2014-08-15. Dark orange body with a small frothy white head. Pleasant aroma of resiny oily citrusy hops. Flavour is moderately bitter, with a muddled oily citrus character. Smooth average plus bodied palate, soft carbonation. Quaffable, relatively subtle. Decent. Bottle at Campground Brewdown

These guys have ipas down to a science. Pours a vibrant orange with white head. Looks like a creamscicle. Aromas are over ripe pineapple and mango. Some pine and caramel make their way through as well. Flavors are more of that overripe tropical fruit, corn syrup, pine. Awesome. Smooth finish.

Bomber bottle to glass. This DIPA has more of an edge to it. Finishes with a sharper bite, and lingers on the tongue with the hoppy bite and a little heat in the throat. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sample at the brewpub. Slightly cloudy amber-orange color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of resiny hops, dank tropical fruits and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Poured from a bomber from my buddy kaser. Bottle dated 6/2/14. Aroma - tropical aroma - very pineappe. Dank Appearance - Pours to a hazy golden/orangy color. Half a finger of head. Taste - Malty, hoppy, good when it is cold. I can imagine I wouldn’t like this as much when it warms up. Palate - Good mouth feel, lots of carbonation.
