3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This draft brew from the brew pub poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a slightly hazy uncarbonated yellow-white colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was hoppy floral malty and spicy. The semi-thick mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of malt hops and floral. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

A surprising Wit beer! My only dislike was too much bananna clove for me.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tasted at the brewery: Dull yellow in color with a nose of spice and citrus with some FFF hoppiness. The palate is well-balanced like most FFF brews. The beer has the enjoyable FFF thumbprint on it and was quite nice but not as inspiring as many of their other beers.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Properly cloudy/milky yellow color. Spicy lemon cake and coriander spiced nose with a very light, silky smooth flavor of bready wheat, fluffy yeast and some lemon twang. A heavily spiced hefeweizen/witbier that sits very delicately on the palate.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Had on tap at FFF. Poured to a straw color with medium thick white had that lingered well and left okay lacing. Aroma was a pleasant mix of clove, oranges, lemons and cookie dough. Mouthfeel of this medium-bodied, well balanced beer leaned a little to the hoppy bitter side, but offset by sweet malt asa well. Flavor was spicy fruit and cookie dough, and the finish pleasant.
This is promoted by FFF as a Winter brew, due no doubt to the spices, but at only 4.7%, and with the fruit flavor, it would make a decent summer beer as well.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the Three Floyds pub. Lightly hazy dandelion appearance. Firm, bold coriander, ginger, and banana aroma; bolstered beneath by ample toasty wheat and orange peel bitterness. Lovely. Banana and vanilla sweetness is most prominent in the flavor, tempered by a light dry bite of clove and the wet heat of coriander. Slightly salty in the mid-palate; light bodied and generally a bit too noisy in its sweet tones against the more delicate tart touches. Fairly drawn out in the finish with a drying kick of lemon juice and dead grass. Not especially well done, but nice enough, really.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
For a wit this was good, mostly because it’s hopped up like most 3F brews. Murky orange body with a weak frothy white head. Aroma of lemon zest, spices, Wheaties, and dough. Spicy and citrusy flavor. Refreshing but not exceptional.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewpub
Pours a murky muted yellow with a big white head.
The orange peal seemed to be upfront in the nose, with a pinch of corriander in the background.
Just the opposite for the flavor. Corriander and peppery phenolics are featured in a very spicy drink.
Soft palate. Medium body. High carbonation. Dry finish.
I really enjoyed the pepper in this beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at FFF brewpub. Had a great appearance, full of spicy aromas, nutmeg, and banana, and offered up the same flavor profile that was slightly sweet, spicy, and also fresh and light. It was unique, and well balanced.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Three Floyds Brewpub, and served in an English pint glass. This witbier poured a cloudy golden color with a slight off-white head that faded away at a rapid pace, leaving behind some very faint spider web lacing. The aroma of the beer was made up of orange, corriander, and light pepper. The flavor included orange peel, light white pepper, corriander, and also some wheat, followed up by a lightly spicy hoppy finish. The mouthfeel was crisp, refreshing, and light-bodied with a good amount of carbonation. This beer was an easy drinker with a nice flavor. Come to think of it, for a witbier, the flavor was pretty damn good! Highly sessionable.
