Strong danky and fruity hops in the nose. Medium hop bitterness, flavor is full of grassy dank. Slightly sweet. Not bad, but a touch sweet. ---Rated via intercellular device

In a word: phenomenal. The grassy citrus organic flavor and hops don’t overwhelm, but rather come together to create a slightly bitter yet extremely drinkable pale ale. Every sip you take, there’s something new in here to discover, it’s an endlessly enjoyable ale that shouldn’t be so hard to find.

One of the best beers I have ever had the pleasure of spending a night out with. Great bitter/citrus finish that stimulates all those hedonistic synaptic connections in my GM. I would battle a city of Zombies for one more bottle. Must extend a thank you to those boys at FFF!

Pours a hazy bright orange with a thick creamy white foam head. Smells of grapefruit and lots of tropical fruits along with a nice malty sweetness. Tastes is similar to the nose. I fall in love with this beer every time I have it. Loads of tropical fruits and grapefruit. Taste starts off a bit sweet rounding into a nice clean bitterness on the finish. Very well balanced beer as some malt presence is there, but the citrusy hops are the star of the palate. Fairly light beer with a good carbonation level, but still a slight bit of stickiness. One of the best pale ales I’ve ever had. I can’t wait until they start bottling this. We got a growler to go and ended up finishing it in the hotel room. I could drink this beer all day.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2015 Huge thanks to tectactoe on this one. My exact go to style. A citrusy pale ale. And that is what you get here. An all out fantastic beer. Great beer by a cool brewery. Go get this now.

12 oz bottle from a trade with BrewJay. The pour is lightly hazed orange copper with a well formed 2 inch egg white head. The aroma is resin citrus peel hop, bright cracker malt, and a pleasant mineral earthiness. The taste is a spicy resin, some citrus peel bitterness, touch of grapefruit, the cracker malt, and more of the resin mineral in the finish. Bright flavors. The palate is light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, and the dryish mineral earth finish. Nice one, thanks Jay.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear deep golden copper color, with a billowing egg shell head, that falls slowly to a cap and leaves heavy rocky lacing. Big Citra hop aroma with, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango and lemon rind along with some light pine and floral notes. The taste mirrors the aroma, with a fresh and biting grapefruit character that controls this with a zesty bitterness that spreads all over. Balanced through the middle by a sticky sweet blend of tropical fruitiness and sweet malts. Which then finishes with lingering dry notes of pine and bitter pith. Smooth, dry, and sticky mouthfeel, with a medium body and moderat prickly carbonation.

The Aroma is just wonderful. Not only is it wonderful but it lasts. Most beers of this nature doesn’t hold the aroma till the end. Slighly mirky appearance but still looks good. thick texture. very drinkable. This beer is near perfect. This is the benchmark of a Pale Ale/IPA should be like. I can’t wait until this is available in Michigan

Bottle. Golden Orange with small head and lace. Grapefruit rind and bready aroma. Mild crackery mango fruity malt with extremely dry medium assertive grapefruit rind finish and a hint of astringency from fairly sharp carbonation. Excellent, but not as good as hyped and not nearly as good as psuedoSue, but I did have that one on tap.

Bottle shared during the Foothills BA Sexual Chocolate release. Pours a clear gold with standard white head. Juicy and slightly spicy. Plenty of malt backbone. Delicious!
