Nice hops aroma. Big malty backbone. Unlike a west coast ipa but pretty decent

3.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Mike12da. Thanks. Big tropical fruit (mango) nose w/ a touch of earthiness. Dusky gold, with steady centered carbonation and thick lacing. Solid and fruity with a slight alc warmth. Tastes more like an IPA, really. Medium body. Even at a low alc level, this holds all the flavors together well. Easy and smooth. Could drink quite a few of these without tiring of it.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle shared by Mike12da. Lovely nose of tropical fruit, like papaya, pine, grass. Subtle and beautiful. Pretty deep honey gold color with a low head. Sweet and fruity flavor, mango, orange, pepper, pine. Smooth, with low alcohol presence. Oily palate. Nicely bitter finish. Nose outshines the flavor a bit.

I don’t usually go for pale ales but with the hype surrounding Zombie Dust, I gave it a try. This is great for this style. It’s like a light and crisp IPA with a beautiful undertone of luscious fruit. I would make this a regular session beer if I had better access to it. For now I’m content with the occasional 4-pack. Great brew overall.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear nectarine-gold pour with a thin, lacy white heady. Citrus, mango funk, melon, pineapple, and some spicy garden roots in the nose. I know this is all about the hops, but the malt presence is too light for my personal taste preference. Some light crackery malt shows up mid-late, as does a twinge of alcohol. Medium body, average carb, with a lasting grassy bitterness in the finish. Good beer, quite drinkable, and I can definitely see why people love it. The nose is great, but is overall just too lean in ’substance/flavor’ for me to get much more excited than a mid-three score.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Lightly sweet caramel under layers of hops stone fruits... Amazing aroma for a pale... Unmistakably a pale ale with intense aroma... Lively medium bodied dry finish... Grassy flavors mingle with fruity flavors with a light light note of the sweetness from the aroma.... An excellent pale... Clear pale amber with a lingering retentive head ... Lacing for days...

12oz bottle from 3F brewpub during their destruction phase. Pour is wonderful, nose is just out of this freaking world.. taste is pure bliss.. only thing preventing this from being higher is palate, a little thin.. but the drinkability and taste makes me want to bathe in this.. repeatedly
