One of my favorites. Citris aromas prepares you for a nice balance of citris and mango flavor. This beer is sooooo smooth!!

UPDATED: AUG 19, 2013 On draft at FFF brewpub poured into nonic pint. Coppery with a finger of white head. Smells like ripe mango and pine resin. Crisp carbonation. Outstanding!

Snifter pour a nice amber color with a yellow tinged head that lingers. Amazing hoppy aroma, and a nice hoppy taste. Surprisingly smooth mouthfeel. Almost feels thick. Nice lacing down the glass. Lives up to hype

It's rare that a beer that is this hyped lives up to it, but ZD does! The floral aroma and hoppy bite are perfect.

Great colour and head. Citra hops give it a fantastic hoppy flowery aroma. Taste is very smooth with a medium bitter.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma: Fruity/citrusy hops
Appearance: Dark amber with slight white head
Taste: Fairly bitter to start, the citrus element is really subdued
Palate: Average carbonation, slightly bitter finish. Medium body
Overall: Not bad, but no intense citrus/hops as I would have expected.

Bottle [12oz] c/o Glouglouburp. Pours a cloudy orange-copper with an average size lasting foamy off-white head. Minimal lacing. Awesome aroma of citrus hops, citrus fruit, tropical fruit and some resiny & piney notes. Flavour follows, nice and hoppy and fruity, plenty of citrus, with a dry, moderate bitter finish. Average bodied. Pale Ales don’t get much better then this, I could drink tons of this.

Bottle: Poured a clear amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and citrus hoppy notes is quite sublime with some very limited bitterness notes. Taste is also totally dominated by the best fresh grapefruit hoppy notes I have ever taste. Some citrus notes are also present with bitterness being at a low level for that kind of hops attack. Body is average with good carbonation. I was sceptical about how good this beer could be but was I ever wrong.

Bottle, thnx to Summer Santa. I was looking forward to try this, finally got the chance. This pours a slightly hazy, darker blonde beer with a nice, small amount of white head that stays on during drinking. Little lacing or carbonization in the glass. Aroma is terrific, loads of Citra with a slight amount of a yeasty, fruity backbone in it. Great in balance. Flavour is medium bitter with a great, citrussy dryness in it. Nice, full flavors and the hops shine trough during the entire taste. Well crafted, another succes by Three Floyds.
