Angenehm hopfiger Antrunk, blumig. Geringe Herbe, würzig, hell malzig. Fein hopfiger Mittelteil und Ausklang, blumig, im Nachgeschmack deutlich bitterer werdend. Nett! 10/12/12/12/14/12

One of my favs. A supercharged pale ale with a citrusy piney hop flavor. Golden color with a slight haze. Not easy to get your hands on, but worth fighting for. Three Floyds never cease to impress me.

12 oz. bottle thanks to Queenholly. Thanks so much! Pours golden amber with some suspended particles floating around in the liquid. Vibrant nose of citrus hops and some pine. Intense flavors of juicy grapefruit, pineapple upfront followed by grassy hops and then it finally round out with light caramel malt backbone. Balance is exceptional. Very light bitterness with lingering citrus after the sip. Anything else I could type about this brew would just be rambling. Truly try this fresh.

Bottle Pour: Fresh Release
Had this at a tasting that was skewed more towards impy stouts, and boy was this a nice change of pace. Very sessionable APA that is well deserved of the hype it’s been getting lately. A lot of citrus zest in the nose with great lacing and a frothy white head. A refreshing break from the pallet pounders that I should have taken more seriously when originally tasting. Could easily become my go-to session beer if not for the rather slim availability in here.

A solid pale ale. This beer is really hyped up a lot but it really is a good example of what a balanced, but hoppy pale ale should be.

Golden pour with white head. Nose is citrus, mainly grapefruit and sweet hops. Flavor is perfect balance of sweet start and bitter finish. Love it.
