Have had this a couple of times to John C. Absolutely amazingly tasty beer. Not crazy but crazy good. Hope it manages to become a 3F mainstay. Great balance. Wonderful hops. It was so fresh and delicious.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle thanks to Ed. This is a fantastic beer. It defiantly shows off the Citra hop. The malts are noticeable as well, I feared the hops would overwhelm them, a nice bready malt profile. A very well made beer.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2012 Grapefruit, bread, resin...just indescribably fantastic. I hope this becomes a staple in Three Floyds’ roster.

Pours a clear gold with frothy tan tinged head. Aroma is grapefruit and pine wood. Flavor is delicious bitter citrus, white grapefruit and an undertone of brown sugar. Body is medium with a lot of carbonation.

Bottle. Light caramel and 3F’s signature pine/grapefruit/pineapple/floral hops aroma. Hazy orange with a moderate off-white head. Sweet caramel, and again that 3F’s signature hops flavor, pine / grapefruit / pineapple / floral. Medium body, slight dryness in the finish. I first had this beer a couple of years ago on tap at 3Fs, when it was called Cenotaph. I’ve had it several time since, and It’s definitely a good beer, but my opinion is that it’s yet another over-hyped brew.

This one is simply amazing! Pours golden orange with a little white head. Aroma is overwhelming with fruits (mainly peaches, mango, and other tropical fruits), citrus, and hops. Simply incredible! First time I give a 10 on aroma! Taste is the same as the aroma, tough more subtle. Nice bitterness. Full bodied beer with a creamy texture. Once again, a really amazing one! Bonne amertume. Ronde en bouche, texture crémeuse. Une bâtèche de bonne biere!

Trade via Honkybra - Thanks! Man, this is almost perfect, as far as I am concerned. I absolutely love medium to light bodied pales, with a crapload of fresh hops, which is exactly what you’ve got here. Lots f grapefruit, a wee bit of caramel. I would drink this all the time if I could get it here...

Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Clear golden beer with a offwhite lacy head. Hoppy, fruity, berry aroma. Lovley flavour explosion i the mouth; fruity, hoppy and very fresch. Wounderful balance.

Bottle 355 ml. Thanks to dountcounttoday! Pours hazy golden/light amber with a small white head and some lacing. Color is beautiful. Aroma is impressive! Strong notes of tropical fruits, peach(!), mango, hops, floral and herbal. Very complex, probably the best aroma i’ve seen in a beer so far! Taste is like aroma, but lighter. Tropical fruits. Slight bitterness, but not overwhelming. Mouthfeel is creamy. Medium to full body. This one is a great beer. High drinkability, refreshing, great complexity, nice balance, nose is perfect...wow!

bottle, honey color, mild lacing, crisp APA, with a hoppy bite. A sip is worth a thousand words, Crisp clean Citra hops put the smack down. Get some.
