cen∑o∑taph    /ˈsɛnəˌtśf, -ˌtɑf/ -noun a sepulchral monument erected in memory of a deceased person whose body is buried elsewhere. Use cenotaph in a Sentence: I sure do enjoy sharing this growler of Three Floyds Cenotaph! Growler shared by Thorpe429 and Amyliz4. Thanks Mike and Amy! Served alongside Hill Farmstead Citra IPA. A: Cenotaph appears a slightly hazy shade of light orange, with an inch of white head that generates some great lacing upon the pint glass. S: Citrus and hops. Very fresh and wonderfully inviting. T: Fabulous taste, with a healthy dose of citrus, ŗ la Citra hops. Extremely delicious and hop forward. M: The feel was nice, with a decent showing of hop bitterness in the finish. D: Very solid IPA. I would be happy to drink this again. Edit: February 2012 Recently made my way through a case of this with the help of some friends. Absolutely phenomenal beer. Right up there with the best hoppy beers in the world. Serving type: growler Reviewed on: 01-06-2011

Pour clear light dark golden, with a small white head. This thing sure smells great... Aroma is kinda crisp, of slight apricot, slight pine... Hops and hops. Nothing crazy, just pretty darn tasty.. Long and delicious bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied, with a slight fizzy carbonation. ... As said, pretty darn tasty. Thanks to Sean for sending me this.

Bottle on the RBSG 2012 bus. Clear sudsy orange. Piney aroma, grapefruit, pineapple and nectarine. Flavor tends a little more toward herbal with sap and resin, snappy citrus fruit framed by subtle malt. Crisp, flavorful, dry. Good stuff.

Tap at Durty Nellies served in a shaker glass. Honey colored pour with a white head that laces well and reduces to a thin, but lasting film on top of the brew. Very Earthy hop aroma. Taste is full of hops. A perfect blend of Earth, citrus, and pine. Big time Amarillo flavor. Way out of balance toward the hop side of the spectrum but I know that's the appeal of this beer. Thin body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a nice dark straw color slightly amber. Incredible nose to this beer when itís fresh, beautiful citrus, fruit and floral notes with some sweetness, kind of like a nice mountain breeze, I could almost just sit here all day and smell the nose, had I not then tasted how ridiculously good this beer is next. The taste is so well balanced with the hops it makes this by far the most drinkable beer Iíve ever had. Sweet but not too sweet, bitter but not to bitter. The malts are a slight caramel mixed wonderfully with citrus notes of the hops. Just an incredible example of the pale ale category.

bottles shared 12/18/11. gold-ish yellow color with a white head. holy hop aroma!....intense gf, orange, pine, florals, grass, pineapple and lemon. the flavor is the same but more floral and spicy than bitter...gf, slight bitterness and dryness galore on the finish. it smells better than it tastes but not by much and not a bad thing. crisp and insanely sessionable.9/3/8/4/17

Thanks to my Secret Santa for that one. Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass also, zippy, huge head. Wunderbar hoppy-sweet aroma. Starts mild, hoppy-grasy, modest sweet. Some fruity hints of grapefruit. More and more dry, bitter background. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Great beer!

12 oz into Duvel tulip. Once again Tewaris is the man for sharing this with me. Light amber, hearty pour leads to generous white head. Aroma is really floral, fruity. Sweet, and smooth, quite malty body, bitter from start to finish, pretty nice beer.
