12 oz bottle. Finally got a 6 pack of this at Dark Lord Day 2012! Pours a very nice dark golden color with a small off-white head. Smells of citrus, hops, citrus, malt, and citrus; absolutely phenomenal smell that you just want to keep smelling; literally on the first sniff, I said "Holy Shit!". Very good taste too, lots of citrus (especially on the aftertaste), though the hops aren’t as profound as in the aroma. Decent body to it. Overall an outstanding APA/IPA, and the only disappointing thing is that I can’t get this as often as I wish.

12 oz bottle given to me as a gift from my friendly beer store manager. Pours a hazy orange with slight amber hue, thick white head, decent lacing. Aroma is wonderful of citrus hops, a slight malt backbone, pine, resin, peaches, and pears. Flavor matches well and makes for a great drink. Pale ale would be a stretch though. It is a very good IPA.

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2012 330 ml bottle with gold wax - pours golden with a foamy, lasting eggshel white head. Subtle aroma’s of peach, lytchee, orange zest, citrusy, hint of vanilla, peach. Medium body with subtle bitterness, touch of sweetness and a loong fresh finish. Taste is very fruity in the front and the mid with coffee and chocolate towards the finish, keeping the bitter notes of the latter two in the end. Nice beer indeed.

Have had this a couple of times to John C. Absolutely amazingly tasty beer. Not crazy but crazy good. Hope it manages to become a 3F mainstay. Great balance. Wonderful hops. It was so fresh and delicious.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle thanks to Ed. This is a fantastic beer. It defiantly shows off the Citra hop. The malts are noticeable as well, I feared the hops would overwhelm them, a nice bready malt profile. A very well made beer.

Pours a clear gold with frothy tan tinged head. Aroma is grapefruit and pine wood. Flavor is delicious bitter citrus, white grapefruit and an undertone of brown sugar. Body is medium with a lot of carbonation.

Bottle. Light caramel and 3F’s signature pine/grapefruit/pineapple/floral hops aroma. Hazy orange with a moderate off-white head. Sweet caramel, and again that 3F’s signature hops flavor, pine / grapefruit / pineapple / floral. Medium body, slight dryness in the finish. I first had this beer a couple of years ago on tap at 3Fs, when it was called Cenotaph. I’ve had it several time since, and It’s definitely a good beer, but my opinion is that it’s yet another over-hyped brew.
