4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: SEP 7, 2013 This one is a pale yellow orange if you actually pour it outside the kickass bottle. Itís got a rough underlying bitterness, I guess if it was smooth and crisp they wouldnít call it something like Zombie Dust. Overall very good and even good value at $9.50 for 6.
Also I guess if you see it on the shelves, better grab it. The two places Iíve bought it, the cashiers mentioned "I canít keep this stuff on the shelves" and "people go ape-shit over this stuff, man", and then sure enough it was not there the next time.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a cloudy amber with a white fluffy head. Aroma hits with strong orange and grapefruit. Taste matches aroma nicely. The hops donít overwhelm but instead the whole beer is balanced and really enjoyable.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
From bottle, pours a cloudy amber with a tight 1 finger head and oh so sticky lacing. Aroma punch of grapefruit, citrus and dank hops. Lovely. Taste nearly the same as aroma but with a nicely balanced malt backbone. Smooth mouthfeel with just the right amount of carbonation. Slight piney hop bitterness on the finish. Truly one of the best beers available. My favorite so far.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Hunahpu day. Pale golden colour. Aroma is fruity hops. Taste is big for a pale, even an American styled one. More like an IPA, but super sessional. Fruit and hops all rolled into one package. Mild stickiness. Overall, looking forward to drinking more of this one!

4.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Iím really glad I got to try this. Thereís a big hops presence, but itís all sweet citrus (oranges, grapefruit) and not much bitterness. Plenty of biscuit and floral notes too. Good body, not too heavy but not a lightweight either. Really fantastic.

3.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured from bottle. Color is a hazy darker orange. Aroma is not too strong. Can hardly taste the alcohol. Real smooth solid taste.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottling information is unreadable.
Appearance: Slightly hazy amber-orange body with a frothy off-white head.
Aroma: Big citrus aroma, some floral and grapefruit with big orange and hints of mango. A bit too focused on the citrus, with a slight harshness to it. Almost great, but maybe Iím discovering I donít love this hop as much as I thought I did. My homebrew pale ale isnít far off from this in the aroma.
Taste: This is balanced very nicely until the finish where the bitterness is a bit out of balance. Big orange throughout with lime and hints of floral mango and grapefruit. Papaya sits on the palate after the sip.
Palate: Soft bodied with mild carbonation.
Overall: Boy for all the hype this receives Iím wondering why people donít just homebrew. You could brew a similar beer to this for $40 or so whenever you want it. I have a homebrew that I thought I fucked up, an all Citra pale ale, and nope it just isnít a hop profile I love like I thought I did. This isnít bad by any means but hell itís not even close to being hard to replicate this on any level and the hop profile is definitely something you better enjoy if itís all youíre using.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a tight 1 finger off white head and nice lacing. The aroma is citrus hops with a touch of bready malt in the background. The taste adds sweet bitter notes and a little vanilla. The palate is smooth and drinkable considering the hop bitterness with just the right amount of resin. Excellent pale ale. I'm glad I got to try this.

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Fresh on tap. My favorite APA to date because it delivers the dank west coast pale characteristics at just the right ABV. The flavor doesn't get lost as you swish around a time or two and you ain't going to fall over after a couple.

Really good. Sweet hops up front with a good malt backbone. Not much more that hasnít already been said. Dig it.
