Pour is a gorgeous clear golden orange, with a fluffy white head that leaves a ton of lacing. Lots of bright fruity notes on the nose, very citrusy, some white grape, nice hoppy smell and there’s a hint of a grassy floral character there. Wow, amazing taste. More floral hops than I would have expected, but still its very much a citrus dominated taste with lots of orange and mango, slightly sweet with a dry finish, maybe some pineapple on the finish too. Easily the best and most well balanced pale ale I’ve had.

Hamei fructat și note de pin și vanilie - are de toate dar sunt slabe. Vârstă? E smooth. Foarte bine, dar nu ieșit din comun.

Bottle to snifter. Yellow-gold with lasting head. Nose of colorful lemon & grapefruit, juiciness, gentle pine. Extremely well-balanced flavor, clean finishing, lemony, bright citrus, subtle floral pine. Very appreciative of the clean finish on such a hop-forward ale. However, I would expect more vibrant flavor from a 100-rated brew. Still awesome. Midwest, get it while it’s hot. It’s making its rounds in the shops right now.

Aroma is slightly fruity, I get hints of pineapple/mango/grapefruit. This beer defines a great APA. Hoppy, smooth, and just the perfect amount of bitterness in an APA. One of my favorite beers of all time.

A bottle straight from Indy thanks to Fitz. Pours an amber orange color with a white foam head. Soft aroma of caramel with some citrus and grapefruit. Light sweet caramel taste with gentle grapefruit notes and a mild hop hit. Some slight grass mixed in with resin on the finish. Perhaps the best APA I have had.

On tap at Hopleaf (Chicago, IL). Slightly hazy, golden body with a lasting white foamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with citrusy and piney hints. Its sharp, well balanced hoppy taste carries citrusy, malty, herbal, and piney hints. Ends with a long bitter finish. Awesome!

Fantastic in all ways. This beer is smooth with juicy hops through the first sip to the last ... great beer and does not have a harsh bitterness.

I am not a huge fan of APA but this is the best one I have had so far. Definitely recommend it.

Nice balanced hoppy beer. I enjoyed that it wasn’t too resinous tasting, sometimes those flavors can destroy my palate. Drank it during dusk at an old haunted stone building on the lake. No zombies were witnessed.
