Caramel, pine, citrus, and nuts in the aroma. Sweet, fruity flavor, with spice and pine bitterness in the finish. To me, more like an IPA than an amber, but still very good.

Mix of floral and citrus hop aroma, taste is a similar mix, not too bitter...pretty smooth but kinda one dimensional

12 oz bottle. Pours dark red, off white head, little lacing or retention. Aroma is typical red-ale: warm, malty. Flavor is malty to start, then hoppy, big time, bittering, with citrus fruits in-between. Dank finish, dry. I’m skeptical of most smaller local beers, but this one definitely doesn’t fail to impress.

Bottle gift from SJ. Nice notes of bread, hop, and caramel malts. Body was a bit thin, but not a bad brew overall.

Has classic hoppy red ale aroma. Taste: somewhat subdued at first, but then resin and some unusual and interesting tangy fruit kick in. Lively carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel, but not heavy. Almost sessionable. Nice beer, especially the finish.

Undated but just purchased 12 oz bottle. This is first and foremost a hoppy red ale with no clear sign of oatmeal although it may contribute to the relatively smooth feel. Moderately bitter with plenty of tropical fruit notes and some spiciness from the hops. The hops seem more earthy and herbal and less fruity in the nose. Lingering, moderately bitter, hoppy aftertaste.

Bottled. Reddish tinged brown with white head. Sweet oats and hoppy red with juicy malt. Good.

From a bottle. Pours opaque copper with a fizzy white head. Tastes like musky grains, roasted malt, and bitter hops. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like roasted malt and musky grains.

Bottle. Pours mostly clear reddish copper with creamy off-white head. Aroma is bready malts, mixed berries, caramel, some floral notes, and faint toast. Flavor is dry malts, some dark fruit and caramel sweetness, light grassy hops, and very faint woody notes. Medium body and carbonation.
