3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Deep amber pour with a tight white head. Hazy/cloudy pour. The aroma is softly hoppy with a bit of light citrus and a touch of dankness. The aroma also has a bit of light sweet fruitiness that seems to be yeast derived rather than from thhe hops. Fairly muted hop flavour that is a little sad. Weird sweetness that doesn’t really work either. Meh.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber from Half Time. Pours hazy amber gold with a small creamy beige head. Aroma is citrus and malt backed by some light stone fruit. Med+ body with creamy carb. Flavor has more than a hint of diacetyl, so ick. Butterscotch. Ick. Behind that is some nice fruit and floral. Hard to find the malt behind the butterscotch. The hop is nice tho. This rating will suffer on palate. It’s like a lot of good stuff lurks behind the butterscotch curtain. Maybe my palate will overdose and ignore; hope so.

Bomber purchased at the Village Beer Merchant in Buffalo. Pours a clear golden colour, with a very small white head and leaves behind a spongy rim of lace. Aroma is very citrus, especially grapefruit. Quite sweet. Taste is bitter and tart? Great stuff.

[3703-20110429] Tap. Fragrant evergreen pine resin aroma. Slightly hazy, pale brown orange body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. More hoppy evergreen resin notes in the flavour. Medium body is fairly bitter. Lovely hoppy brew, could happily drink a pint of this. (7/3+/9/5/16) 4.0

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This poured a darker yellow to orange color with a white head. Aroma was of light to medium dank earthy hops and light pale malt. Flavor was a bit weaker than the aroma, maybe this one is a little old, just mild earthy piney hops and some sweetness from the malt.
