Can
Golden color, decent creamy white head. Light malty and apple fruity aroma. Medium-bodied but not very strong palate. Fruity, malty, unoffensive, hides alcohol very well. Alcohol only picks in the aftertaste, where also some hoppy harshness appears. Not bad as such, but easy to forget.

Light yellow color, little white head. Fruity, hopped, mildly grassy aroma. Mild alcohol in aroma too. Medium to full bodied. Fruity, medium alcohol in flavor, some hops also. Alcohol lasts in aftertaste with some grassy tones.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pale, golden piilsener colour with a creamy head. Lovely aromatic, slightly perfumy aroma. Comes with some malty sweetness but is surprisingly fresh and floral - almost fruity - for a lager this strong. 271000

Canned. Golden colour, huge white head. Sweet caramel aroma with hints of malt. Sweet caramel taste, with alcoholic notes. Nice and smooth aftertaste. Hides the alcohol pretty well, and what can be found in alcohol way fits the rest of the beer good.

sayravai (4691) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 21, 2005
(Canned) Pale golden color with a medium, foamy and lacy head. Slightly sweet, malty, apple-fruity aroma with corn hints. Corny-malty, somewhat fruity and quite bitter flavor with alcohol hints and a silently fading, smooth finish. Low acidity. Medium-bodied palate, decently soft carbonation, and quite balanced overall for a strong lager. Very easily drinkable, hides the ABV well, and is not at all bad for its class. For those of you looking for taste and aromas - there’s always Belgium :).

Ungstrup (30685) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2004
A yellow beer with a fine white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of alcohol and corn. The flavor is simple; malty with notes of metal, alcohol, straw, and corn. The alcohol dries out the palate.

Bettaer than average head. Nice smell, deep aroma, slightly sweet flavor and very malty. The alcohol presance it not as obvious as usually when it comes to beer this strong. I quite like it. A bit like a paler doppelbock.

Canned. Elegant fruity and hoppy flavour. Like strong version of Starobrno premium. Golden and refreshing.

Nice lacing. Sweet, almost proterish with traces of raisins. Though the alcohol penetrates everything.
