Clear, dark amber color, rich and lasting head. Delicate aroma of fruits, caramel and milk. Taste is caramel, fruity at first, but then there is this awful aftertaste, I have not sensed so long I cannot even describe it. Old stinky malt, rags, dirt? After few sips you get more or less used to it, but it is terrible anyway

Bottle, 500 ml. Interesting reddish amber colour at first sight. Overall reminding about Swedish traditional ’svagdricka’, not beer with German heritage.

UPDATED: SEP 8, 2014 It is decent for having 3.5 ABV but at the same time it is a bit thin and mawkish.

The taste is rather dull straw and wheat. Although the scent is a sad story of straw and wheat. Could use some more power in this beer. A raw bitterness in the finish that may not fit properly into the beer fills the mouth well for a long while. But still impresses not at all. Feels a bit Christmassy out of this beer. This does not feel that it belongs to the Easter. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Deep amber colour with a fine white head. Rich caramel malt aroma and mild fruity. Also a lot of well balanced caramel flavour with some bitterness. Bready and moderate hoppy. Medium body. Average carbonation. A really nice beer compared to the amount of alcohol.

Biggish beige head. Clear dark brown body. Minty bready caramelly aroma with earthy musty notes. Dry-sweet grassy caramelly taste with cinnamon notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, slightly sharp mouthfeel. Dryish metallic grassy minty aftertaste with roasty earthy notes. Not bad at all. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)

Lacks its own character. The beer is dark and fairly malty. The taste is slightly sweet, but everything is a little too tame.

Bottled (thanks T.M.). Deep ambery brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some wood, mild cardboard and some biscuity notes. Flavour is being quite similar. Not that much bitterness nor Easter in it. Still far from being hopeless.

Even though there is low alcohol it is a really nice beer. Honey, caramel, a taste of chocolate. As I wrote - nice.

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges and a small head. Fruity and metallic aroma with hints of caramel and malt. The taste is malty and sweet hints of dried fruit and caramel. For what it is, it’s not too bad.
