Bottled. An amber beer with a medium orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of metal, alcohol, caramel, and some dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with a boring malty profile and a metallic and dusty hop note, leading to a dry metallic finish.

500 ml bottle. Lightly tanned, medium-sized head over a clear copper brown body. Pleasant aromas of both floral and earthy hops, yellow apples and dry malt. Taste is sweetish malt with a distinct and rather raw hopbitter edge. Good body, good balance, and a lot of bitterness in the finish.

(50 cl bottle, beer 1 on this years Easter Beer tasting session at Marsiblursi’s place) Clear dark amber color, nice fluffy orange head. Sweet some marzipan and vegetable scent, also a bit of pop-corn. Swete malty and a bit fruity taste. Rather thiin mouthfeel, low dry and harsh bitterness.

Bottle, 50 cl. Light amber to orange, thin off-white head. Earthy malt aroma, with hints of cauliflower, along with some toffeish notes. medium bodied, light carbonation. Slightly sweet with a long and dry, slightly bitter, finish.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2008 Öl 1 (Bottle) Pours light amber. Light sweet aroma with honey, syrup, some oranges, raw potatoes, malt and some grain. Round mouthfeel. A bit honey-ish but not to sweet flavour with a dry ending and a strange afterbitterness. Lightly roasted. Light sour. Light to medium body. second try: (Bottle) Pours amber. The aroma is rather sweet with tones of sugar/light caramel, marzipan and grain. Some floral hints and also some clear notes vegetables. Tiny earthy and sweet grassy. The flavour is of grain, malt, sugar, grass, vegetables and some alcohol. The mouthfeel is clean, light watery and rather hard. Bready malt aftertaste. Medium bodied

(Bottled) Clear, light amber color with a smallish, foamy, quickly fading head. Grainy-malty, slightly alcoholic aroma with an inch of sourness. Grainy-caramely-malty, slightly sweet and vegetably flavor with hints of alcohol and acidity. Light to medium-bodied, a bit slicky palate with medium, quite smooth carbonation. A basic bock with mild acidity and moderate alcoholic feel. Dunno what’s with the "easter", though.

Bottled. Copper coloured, beige bubbly head. Caramellish malty aroma and flavour. Also some weak hints of barley and hops. Long caramellish aftertaste. A bit sticky palate. OK brew.
