Aug 17, 2004 Bottled and canned. Sparkling golden (sunflower oil) coloured lager with good thick head and fruity (apricots, grapefruits) honeyish aroma. Big sweet alcohol flavour balanced by reasonable hoppiness. Easy drinkable and even thirst-quenching.

Apr 10, 2008 Bottle from the cave. Aroma is sweet pale lager malts, peppery alcohol, herbal grassy bitterness. Taste is relitivly balanced and soft carbonation leads to easy drinking if unexciting.

Aug 13, 2007 330ml bottle from BeersOfEurope. A pleasant and clean strong lager. No off flavours, even when warming up - though it did become a little grainy, though not in an ugly way - just adding a bit of character. Soft, fragrant hops enhanced the malt. Good firm body without becoming sticky. Alcohol was warm and pleasant without being aggressive. Mineral notes mixed with floral qualities. An attractive and enjoyable strong lager. Surprising.
