Pigs Ear. Slight haze on this gold beer. Little white head. Light dry palate. Dry marmalade fruits. Touch of dry bubblegum ester. Dry finish. Tedious.

Cask at Pigs Ear BF 2012, London. Pours clear gold with a light, filmy head. Lightly fruity nose, moderate white bread. Light sweet flavor, dry white bread toast, light leafy bitterness, light dirt and grass. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light sweet finish with mild plastic and grass. Quite bitter. Meh.

Gravity @ Pigs Ear 2012. The pour’s deep gold with a tiny head. The nose is honeyed toast, loads of bakery aromas. The taste is piss, toast, pale malt sweetness. Some honeyed apricot and jelly. Light body, summery. Overall, not bad.
