Bottle at the Split Chimp. High carbonation so a thick white head sits on a hazy golden body. Citric aroma. Citric flavours with peppery herbs adding a pleasantly astringent quality Three of the company drank it, three of the company enjoyed it. Pour gently though.

Gravity @ Pigs Ear 2012. the pour’s gold with a small head. The nose is piss-soaked grain, some apricot and cantaloupe fruit salad. A bit of salt. The taste is sweet syrupy pear juice, more cantaloupe. Pale malts. Slight rough tobacco on the finish. Otherwise, light and smooth. Not bad.
