Mar 31, 2003 Looks like honey, surprise. Very clear, no head at all, totally still and flat. Faint honey-biscuity nose; strongly sweet initial flavor taken over shortly by bristling hoppiness and a somewhat harsh alcohol presence. Thinness makes the bitterness overpowering; an interesting experiment but not really successful yet.
