On draft at Dahlia’s poured a light golden cloudy yellow, aromas of wheat, coriander, light lemon zest, and a kiss of clove. Flavors follow suit, light on the palate for a wheat beer, not overly wheaty.

Sampled from the tap at the Cajun Fall Fest. Pours a hazy yellowish gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a light citrus note with some sweet wheat and backing hints of clove and light fruits. Flavor has light wheat note throughout with a bit of light fruit and clove.

so I am the 2nd one to rate, after Dr Owl-on tap @Cajun Fest-pours cloudy yellow with an offwhite head. Aroma is banana/bubblegum, wheat. Taste follows. Clean.

First to rate! Actually... first to rate this entire brewery! I’m not really sure how that’s possible, but I guess someone had to finally add them and start rating! 11/5/12. On tap at Kickback’s. The glass came to me as a hazy yellow pour with a big khaki head that settled but stuck and laced plenty. The aroma shows BIG clove and phenolics with some banana and sweet cream. The flavor is light banana and cream, again with plenty of that clovey phenol aspect, perhaps a bit much. Very light body in my eyes. Not bad.
