Pours a mid gold with a frothy white head. Aroma features spicy marzipan, red apple. caramel, and a hint of tannic woodyness. On the palate there is a full bodied medium sweet apple character followed a hint of tannin, apple fruit, and a smooth lasting finish. Fantastic cider.

Mar 6, 2008 (Bottle 33 cl9 Slightly hazy golden with a tall and lively white head. Aroma of lightly sweet apple juice. Distinct aroma of apples. The body is almost a little watery with astringent and unclean apple notes that leaves an odd film on your teeth. Leathery, astringent finish but not overly tart. So-so. 260208

Feb 27, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fizzy white head. Chemical/paint apple aroma. Flavour is dry woody and light acidic flavour. Goes into a light apple fruity yet still acidic dry flavour into the finish.
