Belgian Pale Ale is made with Classic malts, European Noble hops, and a special Belgian yeast strain. This beer is rich with caramel malts, and fruit flavors from the unique yeast, and has the crisp hop finish of a traditional pale ale. This is a unique take on what a pale ale can be. Belgian Pales are the everyday beers of the trappist monks who brew them and incorporate them into their diets for their nutritional value.

Nice, interesting beer. It seems like a cross between a Tripel and an APA, with the Belgian yeast acting as a bizarre but good contrast to the American hop profile.
