Belgian Pale Ale is made with Classic malts, European Noble hops, and a special Belgian yeast strain. This beer is rich with caramel malts, and fruit flavors from the unique yeast, and has the crisp hop finish of a traditional pale ale. This is a unique take on what a pale ale can be. Nice, interesting beer. It seems like a cross between a Tripel and an APA, with the Belgian yeast acting as a bizarre but good contrast to the American hop profile.
