COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Night in Brussels is a Belgian-style American IPA with malts from Belgium, a blend of American hops, pure cane sugar in the best southern tradition, and an authentic Belgian yeast strain. A pleasing marriage of old- and new-world beer cultures, this unique ale is best understood as an American IPA on a Belgian road trip.

Bottle from Lazy Dog. Pours a nice crisp transparent gold with a minimal layer of off white head. Aroma of floral hops and citrus. Taste of oranges and hops up front that lingers into a floral/grassy feel.

Warner Robins, Ga - Lazy Dog Growler - 12 oz bottle. Sparkling medium golden pour, snow white head with a fair trace of lacing. Aroma has some nice spruce accents, a bit of bubble gum sweetness. Flavor is hearty with some light citrus bitterness, some maple syrup sweetness, a bit of mango fruitiness. Mouthfeel has a nice chewy thickness to it. Pretty solid.

12oz bottle thanks to TBS. Poured a mostly clear honey brown body with a big bubbly mostly white head. Aroma is Belgian yeaast, bready, honey topped toast, lemon and citrus. Medium to fuller body, average carbonation, odd that it’s a hint of syrupy and dry. Flavor is a touch dry with lots of Belgian yeast, honey sweetness, dry citrus, toast, crusts, tangerine and lemon. Good stuff.

Bottle. Almost clear golden orange with soapy white head. Smell is bright fruity and floral hops with underlying Belgian yeast/esters, touch spice. Taste is a hint of fruity hops, minerals, cherries, citrus, yeast. Not shabby.

On tap at Atlanta Airport. Pours clear golden color. Normal amount of head. Aroma of yeast, dough, fruit, apple’s and citrus. Taste is fruity initially transitioning to Belgian yeast and finishing with hoppy crispness and bitterness. Well carbonated on palate. Overall a good beer, unique in the IPA category.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. It pours copper-amber with a small white fizzy head. For an IPA then aroma tends to smell very Belgian with the yeast and toasted breaded malts with a mellow hop background. Light and refreshing body. The taste has a vibrant bitter hop note mixed with biscuit malts and Belgian yeast and sugar characters from a nice Tripel.

Clear amber body. Very aromatic. Peaches, white pepper, spicy hops. Flavor matches the aroma. It’s really hard to tell where the hops ends and the funky Belgian yeast picks up.

Large head Sweet start with a mildly bitter finish. Quite fruity. Sweet for a beer with this much hop flavor. Excellent balance Feel: Light body with medium-high carbonation. Aroma: fruit; honey; light bready malt

Clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is fairly indistinguishable, some hops but not much. Flavor is very light, bright citrus hops with a bit of yeast. Very clean finish, with a little bitterness in the finish. Kind of bland actually, kind of an uninteresting hybrid. Wife: 3.4
