COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Night in Brussels is a Belgian-style American IPA with malts from Belgium, a blend of American hops, pure cane sugar in the best southern tradition, and an authentic Belgian yeast strain. A pleasing marriage of old- and new-world beer cultures, this unique ale is best understood as an American IPA on a Belgian road trip.

The beer looked amber in color, with a small ring of bubbles serving as head. The carbonation appeared lively, with some very fine bubbles. The smell indicated a good deal of citric and floral hops. The taste was quite citric as well, with clear Belgian yeast inspired tropical flavors. The mouthfeel was not quite as dry as authentic Belgian ales, but it was quite close, with a Saison like, rustic, dusty feel. The overall beer was well positioned, midway between a Belgian and American IPA style. Well done new fellas in town. Keep up the good work.

On draft at Atlanta airport. Pour is an amber brown with a thin white head. Orange, light hop, malt sugar aroma. Distinguished palette. Very orangey with peel bitters, some pine, More bitter than expected and was hoping for a more citrusy bang. Belgium style heavy. Meh

Bomber. Clear orange amber color, medium white head. Aroma of floral orange candy. Taste is sweet orange peel with a hint of funkiness. Decent.

On tap at Atlanta airport. Pours amber orange with moderate lasting off white head. Belgian IPA worried me, but it's very good and hard to describe. Hoppy with a nice sweetness, which even surprises me im saying ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle. It pours a pale gold color with a tiny white, quickly vanishing head. It has the aroma of Belgian yeast along with a spicy hop aroma and a touch of citrus hop aroma. It has a complex mild hop bitterness which goes well with the Belgian characteristics in this beer. This isnít my favorite style but this may be my favorite example of it that Iíve tried. This is the third beer Iíve had by this brewery and all three were excellent.

bottle @ Habersham Beverage / Savannah GA --- Aroma of sweet malt and citrus. Cloudy medium amber with a light ivory head cover, dots of lace. Taste is malt and a bit of yeast tempered by strong citrus hops that have a harsh carbonation edge in the finish. A bit bracing, but hot overly-hoppy. Balanced and robust.

Nice beer courtesy my Secret Santa. Thanks! Not a huge fan of the Belgian IPA thing, but this was as good as any. Aroma had that tell tale strong Belgian yeast with bubblegum and light malt. Pour was a hazy light gold with a one finger white head. Taste was all sweet. Belgian yeast, bubble gum and sugar with not much else to balance out the sweetness. Would probably label this a Belgian ale. Nice carbonation. Sweet finish. Not bad by any means, just not a style I prefer.

Pours golden with white head. Aroma is light Belgian yeast with fruit hops and hints of coriander. Flavor is smooth with both light sweetness and tart bitter hops. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden pour with a white head. The aroma has some sweet peach notes as well as some pine and biscuit malt. The flavor is similar. I get a lot of apple and peach character as well as some Belgian yeast and biscuit malt. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Nice beer.

Hazed gold/orange flavor. Creamy and very fluffy white head. Flavor is much more like a hoppy Belgian golden ale. Lightly sweet, yeasty, crackery malts, stone fruit, a bit of alcohol on the finish.

Dark golden pour. White head. Lacing galore. Hoppy sweaty danky. Hoppy flavor. Banana and slight clove.
