4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
The beer looked amber in color, with a small ring of bubbles serving as head. The carbonation appeared lively, with some very fine bubbles. The smell indicated a good deal of citric and floral hops. The taste was quite citric as well, with clear Belgian yeast inspired tropical flavors. The mouthfeel was not quite as dry as authentic Belgian ales, but it was quite close, with a Saison like, rustic, dusty feel. The overall beer was well positioned, midway between a Belgian and American IPA style. Well done new fellas in town. Keep up the good work.

Clear amber body. Very aromatic. Peaches, white pepper, spicy hops. Flavor matches the aroma. Itís really hard to tell where the hops ends and the funky Belgian yeast picks up.

Sweet start with a mildly bitter finish.
Quite fruity. Sweet for a beer with this much hop flavor. Excellent balance
Feel: Light body with medium-high carbonation.
Aroma: fruit; honey; light bready malt

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is fairly indistinguishable, some hops but not much. Flavor is very light, bright citrus hops with a bit of yeast. Very clean finish, with a little bitterness in the finish. Kind of bland actually, kind of an uninteresting hybrid.

Bottle from Sweet Grass Dairy. Slightly hazy golden pour with a small bubbly white head. Fruity Belgian yeast aroma with tropical citrus hops and sweet cane sugars. Flavor hits the same notes with a thickish and sweeter body and ends on bitter citrus. Not bad.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. The look is clear, deep golden in color, and has a white head. The smell is juicy fruit, Belgian yeast, fruit, cleaner, and gum. The taste is hops, fruits, yeast, juicy, and ok. A little different juicy and fruity but just decent.

Iíve had this on tap a few times as well as in the bottle. It has just the right amount of sweetness to balance out that amazing hop flavor. This has become one of my go-to beers.

On tap at The Brick Store. Brilliantly clear with floral hop nose. Bitterness well balanced with malt backbone. Dangerously easy to drink.

Great brewery out of Decatur. Having seen the brewery, they took no short cuts and it really shows in the beer.
