650 mL bottle purchased from Top Shelf Brews for $6.49. To wine glass, it pours a sandy caramel, hazy orange: trim white ring, nice and thin. Aromas of wheat, farmhouse yeast, pineapple syrup, coriander, and cloves. Tastes the same with the addition of mint and apricots by swallow. Thoroughly refreshing and drinkable. Great, session Hefe.

Very nice quaffable hefe. Lemony aroma, and lemony in initial flavor notes. This gives way to a cloy banana taste, which sticks around long after the lemon disappears. A very nice summer beer!

Easily one of my favorite hefes. Balanced, nuanced, and dangerously easy to drink. Wonderful flavor and aroma.

Pours a lightly hazy medium golden straw color with a huge fluffy bone white head that persists forever. Smells of clove and other assorted yeasty esters along with a sweet honey like malt and a mild wheat spice aroma. The flavor is sharp with a hit of fruity tart with a solid dose of clove. Light apple and cherry fruits with a light sweet light sugary malt flavor. Medium body with a spirited level of carbonation and a sharp sweet tart mouthfeel. Decent brew, I could certainly entertain the thought of drinking this on a warm day.

650ml bottle from secret santa. Thanks. Pours a cloudy dark yellow color with a small white head that quickly disperses. The aroma is slightly tart with mixed fruits and a bit of earth. The flavor is oranges, limes, bananas, banana bread, apricots and wheat. The palate is full, smooth and viscous with lively carbonation. Finishes medium in duration and dry. Overall: This is a first rate Hefe, glad I had the opportunity to try it.

Bottle from Bert’s. Pours out a deep glowing orange brew with nice frothy white head. Wonderful fruity-spice aromas. Flavor is wonderfully balanced. Lots of yeasty character. Classic clove and banana notes. Medium body. Very satisfying and tasty. Refreshing finish. Should have gotten more than one bottle. A very high quality hefe!

purchased at Bert’s Better Beers. Stored in the fridge for a day and Poured into an Ommegang glass.
A - 5-Fingers of creamy head were produced on my vigorous pour. It dissipated very slowly. The beer is a dark golden brown with lots of cloud and haze.
S - Tons of big wheat notes, roasted malts and dry yeast. I’m getting a sweet fruit like mango or apples.
T - MMMM. Some sort of leaf like parsley and basil is here first followed by a sweet fruity wheat taste. Very delicious.
M - 60/40 carbonation on a mouth swish. Light bodied and no big lingering taste aside from wheat.
O - This is a solid beer and very local to me. I’ll buy it again.
