It’s light golden with a lot of tiny particles making it rather unclear and the head is white. The aroma has notes of malt, light cabbage and apple. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, fruit and the finish is dry and citrussy.

UPDATED: JUL 9, 2010 Clear golden with a large white head. , malt and caramelish notes. Malty and somewhat dry flavour with hints of grassy hops. Flavour had floral and fruity hops and malty hints. Finished bitter and dry. Crisp and clean. Lovely.

Bottled. A very light yellow beer with some sediment hovering under a lazing white. The aroma has notes of citrus and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus, straw, and light notes of malt, leading to a bitter finish, where a hay note appears.

50 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is smooth malty and crisp hoppy. Smooth sweet, citrusy and fresh and crisp hoppy flavoured. Bitter and mild citrusy medium dry finish.
