COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This smooth looking beer is aggressively bittered and hopped with the finest hops from the Willamette Valley. This big hop character is supported by equally impressive malt body. IPA is not for the faint of heart. All our hops are purchased directly fro Wolf Family Farms, a fifth generation grower.

Can. Bright gold colored body with a quickly dissipating white head. The nose has lots of grapefruit and a little bit of hay. The taste is like slightly muted grapefruit and toast. There is also a bit of hay in the long dry finish. This is actually a quite pleasant IPA, light and smooth.

On tap at Dismal River. Pours a near clear copper with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of pine with a bit of grapefruit and a light grain backbone. Flavor is similar with a nice bitter profile from the pine and grapefruit supported by a touch of bread.

Can at home. Copper pour, clear, nice white head. Aroma is lightly sweet, caramel malts, faint floral, earthy hops. Taste is too sweet. Caramel malts, grain, a bit of grassy hops on the back end. Light bitterness. Sweetness kills it. No thanks.

Thanks to huskertan! Pours a murky golden brown from the can with fluffy off-white head that dissipates to leave good lace. Aroma of earthy hops and big malty back end. Taste is pretty much all malt with just a hint of bitterness. Not that exciting, really kind of meh.

Can at home. Pours a clear copper/amber with two fingers of foamy off white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy with some floral and some pine. Some alcohol on the nose also. Flavor follows with mild bitterness. Overall, a very drinkable and nice IPA.
