COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This smooth looking beer is aggressively bittered and hopped with the finest hops from the Willamette Valley. This big hop character is supported by equally impressive malt body. IPA is not for the faint of heart. All our hops are purchased directly fro Wolf Family Farms, a fifth generation grower.

Can. Bright gold colored body with a quickly dissipating white head. The nose has lots of grapefruit and a little bit of hay. The taste is like slightly muted grapefruit and toast. There is also a bit of hay in the long dry finish. This is actually a quite pleasant IPA, light and smooth.

A pretty mediocre IPA. Mild and unremarkable. A little bit on the grassy hay side of hop character. Tried at a Thunderhead tasting.

I love this IPAís name and the artwork on the can. I wish I could say that I loved this ale as much as its temporary home. Donít get me wrong, I like this beer. Itís got solid taste and the technical elements are all there. Itís just not that different from the other options in this vast style. All that said, I wouldnít object to having this beer, again.

Can. A- Hops, grains, citrus. A- Golden color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Bitter, citrus, sweet corn. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth bitter finish. O- Not as bitter and hoppy as you would expect. Nice citrus tones and very approachable. Plus having been a spray pilot, the can is pretty cool.

Pine and citrus aroma. Opaque yellow body with white head and good lacing. Taste is rather bitter but one dimensional. Still a solid IPA.

Color- slightly hazy golden yellow. Head- 1 finger with lacing. Flavor- earthy, slight bite from the hops, a bit of a grassy/lemon. Aroma- a very impressive hops forward nose. Itís an alright IPA.

pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. There is a lot of pine and citrus in this one. There are many floral flavors and a nice light sweetness.

Can. Pours cloudy yellow amber with a medium creamy white head and nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine, a touch of cat piss, floral notes. Flavor is about the same, light sweet, medium bitter. Light body, watery mouthfeel.

Can. Fresh fruity pineapple-grapefruit hops and light caramel aroma. Hazy yellow-orange with a large off-white head. Grapefruit peel, piney hops, and light malt flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. For my personal taste, this one could use a little more malt balance.
