This is a good IPA, doesn’t come on with overpowering hops. Slight aftertaste, alittle bitter but not unwelcomingly lasting. Aroma is slightly fruity.

Bottle. Nice golden pour with thick creamy head. Aroma is grapefruit citrus. Full bodied mouth feel. Flavor is citrus & hops. Aftertaste is sharp and bitter. Nice IPA. I would drink it again.

I’ve tasted so many ipa’s lately that they are all tasting the same. This one ihas a rather orange rusty color and does develop a nice head. Has a nice citrus smell to it and can also taste in the after taste. Not bad - had worse - had better

Metallic nose, gold color, creamy frothy head. Quick sweet apricot note gets quickly overpowered but a huge, mouth-filling bitter. Not a good hop bitter - just bitter bitter. Thinish, body and an off balance. I love big bold IPAs. Normally, they can’t be hoppy or bitter enough for me. But it has to be a good bitter. This really gives IPAs a bad name and, without checking, it is for sure the lowest score I’ve ever given an IPA. Haven’t been in the States for a while at the time of rating this and this was first American micro I tried much to my dissappointment.

Clear amber, with a persistent thin white head. Fairly malty aroma for an IPA. Medium body with a fair amount of malt. Slight cardboard flavor. Not much finish.

Murky orange with a white head. The aroma is very citrusy. Very thin on the palate. Very little malt presence, and the hops are earthy and bitter.

Strong taste of grapefruit juide; hence, it has a very acidic taste and feel. Citric acid overpowered the flavor. Not great.

On draft at the Chicken Coop in Grand Island, Nebraska. The barmaid was quite high on this and felt it was their best. The glass came a sort of odd copper color with a nice white head. Alcohol content seemed quite high. It was slightly bitter, even for an IPA. Mouthfeel was good, and flavor was strongly of hops with a little citrus. A decent, but not outstanding IPA.
