On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange with a small white head. Aroma of yeast and a hint of clove. Flavor of sweet cereally malt, sweet yeast. Lots of cereal/grain notes. Not your typical saison, but I enjoyed it. 7/4/7/4/14 [3.6/5]

On tap at the brewpub in Grand Island and in Kearney. Wonderful! A very sour aroma with a peppery bite on the tip of your tongue. Cloudy golden orange in appearance with a white head. Very aromatic. Has a delicious sweetness and strong candy flavors. A mild tartness to the tongue. Requisite coriander-like flavors emerge as well from the yeast.
