Bottle from Yvonne - thanks Yvonne! Rather enjoyed this. Vigourously fizzy and fruity. Some buried hops - although buried is the wrong term. Disguised hops maybe, or underlying hops. Some fruity esters, some brittle barley sugar malt. Buzzing.

Pours golden, clear. Not much head. Weak aroma. Maybe a little grass? Flavor reminds me of apricot jam. Bittersweet. Sticky finish.

Bubbly amber with nice beer-foam head. Nice fresh aroma, a bit piney. Tastes strongly of peanuts, with a bit of orange on the end. Full-bodied.

Bottle, from Waitrose, Willerby. Deep orange gold, thin short lived white head and gentle condition. Fruity citrus in the nose with hints of tangerine and sweet toffee mingled with peppery hops, full and sweet in the mouth with a solid underpinning of hop bitterness and burnt toffee, and a gentle chalky citrus note. Finish has a touch of dry bitterness, sweet orange citrus and a little caramel lingering in the finish

Nice clear, bright orange colour. Thin white head, dissipates rather quickly, little to no lacing. Aroma is dominated by malt and some honey. Pleasant little malty sweetness in the taste, combined with a moderate bitterness; fruity notes, especially raisins. Very nicely balanced. Medium body, mouthfeel is more on the thin side, medium carbonation. Very drinkable, despite the not so low abv. Would definitely buy again.

Bottle. Nice copper pour. Plum, spice, and malt in the nose. Solid malty taste, touch of caramel, spiciness. Touch of hops give a mildly bitter, yet also slightly sweet finish. Good ’un.

50cl bottle poured into a snifter glass. A lovely clear dark golden colour with a small white head which quickly dissipates leaving nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet fruit, light hops. Medium carbonation. A nice hoppy fruit flavour. Some caramel and malt. Slightly bitter citrus finish although the alcohol level becomes noticeable. A really nice ESB / Pale Ale with a little more bite than usual for the style. Very nice and easy to drink.

500ml bottle. Clear dark amber color. Small size, beige head, stays. Sweet, malty, mild woody, berries in aroma. Sweet, sourish, woody hops, malty in taste. Sweet malty aftertaste. Medium bitterness. Shows some character, but is lack of depth.
