Bottle. Darkish golden beer with a strong white head. The aroma is well hopped with yeastiness, and the flavour is very dryly hopped with some malty undertone. Overall a nice well hopped and strongly flavoured bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle: BBD 31 May 15. Last beer of a long day on 18 Jan 15. poured a clear, clean amber with a full off-white head. Malty and fruity with a little orange in the aroma, the taste carries along the same lines as the nose. The hops seem to hide behind the maltiness somewhat but overall this is a good blend of flavours, semi-sweet maybe, but a pleasant enough brew in all aspects.

50cl bottle from Crafty Pint. Appearance - copper with a decent fluffy head. Nose - toffee and gentle biscuits. A bit grainy too. Taste - tangy fruit, hard to define which, more toffee and malt. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. It’s very refreshing considering the strength. Overall - it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t go looking for another.

A beautiful light amber colored ale. You really smell and taste the citrus fruitiness which is followed by a wonderfull and very balanced bready maltiness! All this finished by a unique and very impressive combination of Pacific Gem, Amarillo, and Fuggles hops! Slightly dry but refreshing discrete finish! Could drink many of these as they go down so well!

Bottle from Tesco in Ryde. The beer pours out in a clear golden-amber colour with low unsteady head and medium body. Aroma of fresh hops and herbs. Taste of fresh hops, light barley, straw, herbs, mild spices and mild fruits. Dry-bitter finish. Quaffable and easy to drink.

average creamy frothy white head. good lacing. mostly diminishing. clear thin dark reddish-yellow body. aroma: moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, orange, pear, strawberry quik. if: moderate sweet very light acidic light bitter. ff: light sweet moderate bitter; long duration. palate: light medium body, watery/oily texture, lively carbonation, chalky finish. Amargor levemente lupulado permeado por dulçor frutado levemente ácido. Não lembra em nada a classificação de ESB/BITTER do ratebeer, encaixando-se no estilo do rótulo: pale ale. Caprichada. Condimentada (me lembrou cominho). Leve aquecimento alcoólico. Bem diferenciada das americanas e brasileiras. 95 s
