Bottle from Tesco in Ryde. The beer pours out in a clear golden-amber colour with low unsteady head and medium body. Aroma of fresh hops and herbs. Taste of fresh hops, light barley, straw, herbs, mild spices and mild fruits. Dry-bitter finish. Quaffable and easy to drink.

average creamy frothy white head. good lacing. mostly diminishing. clear thin dark reddish-yellow body. aroma: moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, orange, pear, strawberry quik. if: moderate sweet very light acidic light bitter. ff: light sweet moderate bitter; long duration. palate: light medium body, watery/oily texture, lively carbonation, chalky finish. Amargor levemente lupulado permeado por dulçor frutado levemente ácido. Não lembra em nada a classificação de ESB/BITTER do ratebeer, encaixando-se no estilo do rótulo: pale ale. Caprichada. Condimentada (me lembrou cominho). Leve aquecimento alcoólico. Bem diferenciada das americanas e brasileiras. 95 s

Clear orange in colour. Aroma malty and hops. Hoppy taste with malt and slight bitterness. A hoppy pale ale not quite as hoppy as I thought it would be. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled 18/04/14. A brown beer with a white head and lace. Peachy hops and a bit of raspberry jam in the aroma. Hoppy in the mouth but there’s some sweet toffee from the malts and the NZ hops. It’s pretty good but would prefer less sweetness.

I was dubious about the fruitiness when I picked this up in Sainsbury’s but its stonkingly good! Gorgeous dark amber colour when poured (not much head but thats fine) and a fantastically hoppy flavour. Has an aftertaste of orange, infact its similar to Blue Moon, but has a much cleaner texture. Buy this beer, you won’t regret it!

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Dagan. Pours deep yellow with a small head, aroma is tropical with mango, pineapple, flavor is bitter and delicate, tropical fruits and tangerine, medium bodied.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Bronze appearance with a pleasant hoppy aroma. Some fruitiness which is well balanced with the hops. Refreshing and easy to drink. Didn’t think that Thwaites had it in them.Worth trying.
