COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Occasional. Part of the JDW 2011 Autumn and 2013 Spring Beer Festivals
The word Premium is used too easily these days but this light amber beer deserves the accolade. Using our highest quality malts and a blend of Goldings and Fuggles, Daniel’s Hammer has an initial smooth slightly sweet taste finished off with a subtle dry malty finish.
This is golden in colour, with a distinctive, malty palate which is well balanced with a hoppy, tangy character and a slightly dry finish.
