Panzerfaust (561) - Hanga Roa, Easter Island, CHILE - NOV 11, 2013
Bottled from Jumbo, Santiago. Pours a clear dark amber color with a medium off-white long-lasting head. Aroma is restrained, with soft hops and some malty undertones. Notes of orange citrus, tangerines, herbs, pine and hay. Taste has a nice balance of piney bitterness with sweet orange touches. Really pleasant. Medium bodied and with a fizzy carbonation. It ends with a long finish and a clearly defined aftertaste. Good one by Thwaites.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2013 10/5/14. 500mL bottle from Exit 18. Hazy amber pour with a small frothy khaki head that fades. The aroma screams English... fruity, old caramel, minerals. Drab flavor, burnt caramel, English yeast. Meh.
