"This rich amber beer is brewed with only the finest English ingredients. A prominent hop aroma and bitterness throughout is finely balanced with a full malt flavour, leading to a dry bitter finish."

[Bottle that my Dad shared with me - cheers!] Reddish amber with a small off-white head and a light fizz. Mellow fruity berry flavour with a moderate bitterness. Good and tasty especially for a pasteurised beer. My Dad had got a bit confused when he served this & said it was Wells Bombardier, so it may have just tasted good compared to my extremely low expectations for that beer!

Medium beige head. Clear deep amber body with light carbonation. Rye crisp bread and lemon zest aroma with dusty caramelly notes. Dryish malty grainy taste with dusty lemon zest notes. Mid-to-light body. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish lemon zest and generic fruit aftertaste with roasty dusty notes. A nice, drinkable, pleasant bitter. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)
