Cask. Pours a copper/amber with a slight white head which is short lived. Aroma is hoppy with some sweet fruits. Smell of roses. Taste is a moderate bitterness with a fresh, almost citric flavour. Very drinkable on a warm day.

Hand pulled cask at the Falcon in Clapham. Gold with a white head. Good citrus hops make this a pleasant surprise for this regional brewer. Pretty good!

Cask conditioned at The Old White Swan, York. Medium white head, good lacing. Golden body. Lemon, white sherbet, doughy, some spice, tangerine. Quite sweetish, a bit tangy. Dry finish. A little oily. Overall: a bit bland.

Caks conditioned at The Crown, Oxford. Gold with white head. There is a real pungent, eggy, sulphery note to this which follows through into the beer giving it quite a salty note. There is a biscuity malt body and an earthy British hop note, but the sulpher note seems to dominate throughout.
