(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Slightly buttery cara-malty aroma with citric and delicately woody hops. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Rounded malty and fruity taste with notes of toffee, citrus/lime and honey towards the mildly bitter and woody hoppy finish. A subtle but also quite refreshing and satisfying brew. 01.V.12

Light brown 500ml bottle, best before 19 Oct 2009, drank on a sunny afternoon in July 2009. Poured into a UK pint straight sided glass. Pale amber/old gold colour with a thin white head. The body was almost clear, just the hint of a mist, plenty of bubbles rising upwards, so good carbonisation within the beer. The aroma was weak, some hops and yeast esters but nothing very strong throughout the tasting. Crisp, refreshing and slightly hoppy, an apple taste hovered in the background, a bitterness comes through in the aftertaste. Nothing special, might be a whole lot better in cask form?

Bottle. Nose with a light dusting of malt and yeast. Clear golden body with a soapy beige head. Smooth malty body with lightly bready and fruity yeast overtones. Lightly sweet with just enough bitterness to bring some balance. Medium body with nice English hops, somewhat delicate but with enough meat to satisfy.

Soft pillowy head, light sparkling. Aromas of orange/citrus, notes of high grass some maltiness to it. Develops light banana notes in the aftertaste. Light amber in colour, soft white head. Well balance sweetness to it with some faint bitterness. Light fizzyness, a well balanced slick and oily rather full body. An enjoyable beer for a spring afternoon!

500 ml bottle served cool. Golden, with a thin dense white head. Tropical fruit in the aroma, the taste has a complimentary citrus flavour. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Nice hop bitterness in the finish. This is a very well balanced beer that I think was made to be "sessioned". By that, I mean it keeps you interested without any aspect of the experience suggesting it might get overpowering or over familiar over the course of an evening. Very good beer.
